To order a custom bag, please check out available fabrics in the photo albums section and send me a message to order and discuss specifics.

CUSTOM ORDERS
If you see something you like, but not in a print you love? I will be happy to accept custom orders for fabric substitutions! Please choose a fabric of your liking and I will set up a custom listing for you with the bag of your choice and the specific fabric you like. Please message me to submit a request, or any questions. Payment for custom orders is due before work will begin, I will set up a custom listing for you ~ once payment is received, your place in the custom order queue is secured.

Fabric placement and measurements may vary slightly from description as each item is handmade individually.

SLIGHT DESIGN VARIATIONS FROM PHOTO
Each item is hand made, and may vary from the pictures listed, only because each item is created from scratch and sewn individually. At all times I am doing my best to create your item to the best of my ability and your treasure may look a bit different from the listing picture. For instance, buttons, loops, pockets, lining shades, fabric placement etc.

I try really hard to depict all fabric colors accurately, but please understand that all monitors are different (especially laptops!), and colors may vary a bit.

If you find fabric on sale or like some fabric you found. Please don't send me your personal fabric to create something with. I do not work with this fabric.***

ORDERING as a GIFT
I can ship directly to the recipient! Just please leave me a message in "notes to seller" at checking out with the correct shipping address. I also will gift wrap and add a note card at no extra cost.

RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
I try to pack as your order as carefully as possible. But you may receive your bag a little crumpled in the shipping process. Please revive your bag by using a steam iron and steaming it back into shape.

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of order. All orders are custom made and production does not begin until your order is placed.

SHIPPING POLICY: Items are usually shipped using the Bahrain Postal Service (as I am in Bahrain now, all international postage depends on shipping company. I will enclose all details . If you need special delivery, please contact me to arrange details.

REFUND POLICY: I work really hard to ensure you receive a quality item. If you are not satisfied, you may return non-custom made items in my shop within 3 days of receiving the shipment for a refund (less shipping).

Custom items, Special order Items that are custom ordered or items that have fabrics that are special ordered or combination of fabrics not shown in my shop or upgraded bags, or changed sizes of bags cannot be returned or exchanged as these are one of a kind made just for you! Please make sure you are happy with the custom bag description before you purchase.

LOST PACKAGES
I do not refund for lost packages and I am not responsible, or refund, for items not received due to an incorrect address
