Refund Policy: We offer you the option of return or exchange of products only if there is any damage at the time of receipt of the product and brought to our notice immediately.
We won’t be responsible for the damage caused due to mishandling of jewellery.
For the earrings, if the screw is not handled properly the stem might break. If at all the stem breaks dont panic u can fix it using feviquick,super glue,super wiz etc..in case of Terracotta jewellery.
If u feel like the polish paint or the glossiness of the jewellery is faded u can always bring it to us, we will get it done for free.
For custom ordered products, once the order is placed, we can’t cancel or replace the order.
We are not responsible for any delay caused due to customs or related issues.
