Company History

Mohammed A. Rahman Al-Saeed & Sons Group was founded in 1948, involved in Diversified Business of Real Estates, Construction, Trading, Maintenance and Operations of Oil & Gas Industry, Food Products, Insurance Etc.

In this advancing Competent and Technological Era of Saudi Arabian market, to meet the challenges we re-structured the organization, Mazen Mohammed Al-Saeed Development Corporation came into existence in 1995 with Project Build Establishment in Al-Khobar, K.S.A as one of the division.

To further meet the Business Demands with a Modern Vision and New Era it was restructured in Year 2000 to “Mazen Al Saeed Holding Company”. with various business units specializing in fields such as Construction, Engineering and Oil Services, Energy and Industrial Services, Building Materials, Mechanical, Medical & Electrical Supplies, Operations & Maintenance Services ,Catering, Transportation & Logistics, Cement & Steel, Real Estate and Financial Investments and our construction Business Unit Project Building Est. (PBE) was enhanced to Project Build General Contracting Co. Ltd. (PBC).

In the year 2000, we choose our name “PROJECT BUILD GENERAL CONTRACTING CO. Ltd.” reflecting our profession in the construction industry. Our Vision to be the pioneer in construction industry is leading us to play global role in construction of Commercial & Residential Buildings, Industrial and Infrastructure Projects.

Project Build General Contracting Co. Ltd. defines its goals by putting all efforts, resources and dedication to get international applicable standards in construction technology and at the same time provide ISO 9001:2008 Standard of quality experience to the client.

We do follow Engineering Trends and Latest Technology of modern infrastructure with more efficient skills and optimum utilization in order to achieve goals that we share and prove with our valuable clients and to participate in the economic growth.

We have a strong, diversified professional team of engineering personals with in depth knowledge of the industry and we deliver the projects to complete satisfaction of clients together with “Safety First” as our primary goal applying the OHSAS 18001:2007 standards. We are highly involved from dawn to dusk in activity and business of our projects.

Project Build General Contracting Co. Ltd., is one of the 19 divisions of Mazen Al-Saeed Holding Company, I am proud of PBC’s achievements in delivery of complete turnkey projects with a difference.

We are a well-established contractor in kingdom of Saudi Arabia associated with projects of Eastern Province Municipality Dammam, SABIC-Affiliated Companies, Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Jeddah Islamic Port Authority, Military of Industries Industrial Cooperation, The Developers W.L.L in Bahrain and various other Saudi Arabian Ministries for over two decades.
